Can you as my Estate Agent do this for me? A: Yes it is necessary for foreign nationals, when buying property in North Cyprus to apply for and obtain a Police clearance report. You will need to have this report in order for Permission to Purchase on a property can be applied for. As your Estate Agent we cannot apply for this on your behalf.
